Packing an entire house and moving across the country. Easy.
Coordinating your schedule with your spouse’s schedule. No sweat.
Figuring out how to fit in your own daily workout… ?
You’re used to juggling it all.
As a military spouse, you’re used to keeping EVERYTHING on track for you, your children and your spouse. You’re a pro at handling anything this military life throws your way, but are you a pro at staying on track with your workouts?
If you answered no, Delta Life Fitness is here to help. If you’re finding it difficult to stay on track with your workout routine, we’ve got a simple solution.
We’ve created a plan that starts with just 5 easy steps.
1. Do it first thing.
Staying on track with exercise is easier FIRST THING in the morning.
You know that every day can throw new challenges your way. Fitting in your workout first thing leaves less to chance. Working out shouldn’t add to the daily chaos of your life, it should enhance it.
Make sure to fit it in first and it’s one less thing you have to worry about.
2. Schedule it on your calendar.
Make a date – with yourself.
Seriously, plan out your workouts for the week, put them on your calendar as an appointment and then DON’T break that appointment. When you pencil in your workouts, you’re more likely to stick with them and plan around them.
You wouldn’t cancel plans with a friend, so DON’T cancel plans with yourself.
