The My Career Advancement Account Scholarship Program has implemented the Department of Defense Self-Service Logon, or DS Logon, for accessing all My Career Advancement Account Scholarship accounts. Current My Career Advancement Account Scholarship username and passwords no longer work. All My Career Advancement Account Scholarship participants are required to utilize a DS Logon Account for access. Military spouses, who are enrolled in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System, or DEERS, are eligible for a DS Logon account.

It is a workforce development program that provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance to eligible military spouses who are pursuing a license, certification or Associate’s degree in a portable career field and occupation.
