Appropriated Fund vacancies
Civil service or Appropriated Fund vacancies are filled through the Civilian Personnel Office or human resources office on military installations. Spouse preference is available for positions at grades GS-15 and below or equivalent wage-grade positions.
Non-Appropriated Fund vacancies (NAF)
NAF positions include jobs at military exchanges, recreation facilities, restaurants, and other NAF activities. The NAF or Human Resources fill these positions on your military installation. MSP applies to NAF positions at grades NF-3 (UF-8) and below.

Joining Force Initiative and Military Spouse Employment Partnership – This newly devised program is designed to bring awareness of qualified and skilled labor force of the military spouses to fortune 500 companies. Airman and Family Readiness Center or Family Support Services at your post or station can further assists spouses in job placement through our annual job fair, resume preparation and review, mock interview preparation, job postings and collaboration with local employment sources.
