Diana Jaquith and Laura Early, two seasoned Army spouses, are leading the charge towards creating military spouse employment opportunities and finding creative solutions for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporate organizations.
These two dynamic women co-founded Wise Advise + Assist Team, a virtual team of military spouses, veteran spouses, and veterans who help small business fulfil their needs in public relations, business strategy, book keeping, digital marketing, web design, and more. Wise Advise + Assist Team exists to circumvent military spouse unemployment by providing small business owners with a “one-stop shop” for all of their support team needs.
Diana Jaquith, the Chief Executive Officer at Wise Advise+ Assist Team, graduated from Vanderbilt with an Engineering degree and is a mom of three beautiful children. After college, she immersed herself in a variety of career fields, like project management ad tax consulting. Ultimately, Diana built a solid background in all things business.

Laura Early, the Chief Experience Officer at Wise, graduated from Lee University with a degree in Special Education with a double minor. She and her husband also welcomed baby Isla into their family this last year. Starting her career in international non-profit, Laura switched gears after marrying an active-duty military man. While she was working in behavioral health and serving on non-profit boards, Laura and Diana connected.

At Ft. Benning, Laura was serving as the Spouse’s Club President while Diana was working as a web master. After meeting for brunch and discussing their own career challenges, the powerhouse pair decided to find a way to serve military spouses as they navigated the obstacles of maintaining careers in the active-duty lifestyle. With complimentary skill sets and agreed upon mission, Diana and Laura set out to start a business together. Over soup and a half sandwich, at a Panera Bread in Columbus, GA, Wise Advise + Assist Team was born.
