After 20+ years in the graphic design and marketing industries, Chrichelle later shifted careers to become a usability analyst to focus on customer experience. With new duties surrounding research and data, she missed the design aspect of her daily work and began making custom gifts for family and friends as a creative outlet from her corporate job. In 2018, Chrichelle and her husband purchased their first laser machine and officially launched their small business. Through word of mouth and social media, Sweet Pineapple Shop grew to include three more laser machines and now serves customers across the United States and at different military bases around the world.
Chrichelle’s husband, originally from Maui, is active duty in the Air Force as a Flight Engineer. They have two wonderful boys who love sports, gaming, and playing various instruments. Chrichelle also enjoys dancing hula with a local Hawaiian group. She and her family love being active in their church, traveling, watching sports, hosting large gatherings, and serving in their local community.
What started out as having fun creating special gifts has turned into so much more. Chrichelle’s favorite projects are photo engravings, handwritten recipes, and custom pieces honoring servicemembers and first responders. She loves hearing the stories behind those pieces and seeing them come to life on different materials. Chrichelle’s goal is to create unique and meaningful gifts for you and your loved ones.
