2. You’re Getting Stronger
This non-scale victory is one of our favorites. Achieving strength and gaining more endurance is something so MANY overlook, when in fact it should be one of the most celebrated victories!
Think back to when you first began working out.
Take a moment to think about something you couldn’t do or something that was particularly challenging to you when you first started.
Now, think about what you have been accomplishing lately. I guarantee you that you have made some pretty spectacular progress in what your body is now able to accomplish. No matter how small your progress, if you’re working out, you’re getting stronger every day.
You should be celebrating your improved strength every day without fail. It’s your strong body that will go on to accomplish great feats of strength and honoring that is huge!
