Who doesn’t want more energy? For most of us, our days are hectic and filled to the brim, which can leave us tired, drained and stressed. Working out and eating healthy improves your energy level without fail, because you are strengthening your body’s circulation.
The better your circulation is, the better your body performs.
Not only does working out help you gain more energy throughout your day, but it helps you sleep better at night. This means you start your day with EVEN MORE energy, creating a cycle for your body to continually have expendable energy.
So when you’ve been giving it your all and the scale doesn’t reflect the effort you put in, take a moment to reflect on the non-scale victories you’ve achieved (and maybe hide your scale for awhile).
There are so many moments where you have made progress in your health and wellness journey that have absolutely nothing to do with your weight.
