What is it: A free app for your phone with a mix of strength training and cardio workouts organized by your goal.
Pros: Did I mention free? I’ve had this app for two years and have never paid a penny for it, something that is very rare for a quality app. The app is a great resource for quality workouts when you’re feeling unmotivated or uninspired and most of them can be done with no props or just free weights. The workouts range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes in length and if you don’t know an exercise move, there’s a short video demonstrating each move in the workout.
Cons: The workouts include a lot of plyometrics and there aren’t very many modifications available for the moves.
