What is it: A barre based workout that combines cardio, ballet, strength training and stretching.
Pros: This is a great toning workout and requires minimal equipment other than weights, a ball and a steady surface such as a chair you can use as your “Barre”. The workout has modifications for every move and a great section of abs and lower body work.
Cons: The workouts are a bit pricy at $5-7 per video for a 2 day rental or $57 per month. Also, depending on your fitness level, Physique 57 may not provide enough cardio by itself to be your sole workout.
