I am passionate about empowering military spouses and military kids. Many military spouses feel isolated. We help provide community and family focus with “Moving With The Military” through DIYs, home makeovers and cooking tips via social media and on location events. We also share the stories of military families all over the world. Many military spouses have written in saying that, even though they may be thousands of miles away from friends and family, they feel connected through the series. I also work to empower military kids as the Military Lemonade Day Champion teaching kids how to start their own business, a lemonade stand. My goal as the Army branch winner is to collaborate on a greater scale with the other branch winners and address the issues facing military families. Look at what we have done individually, imagine what we could do collectively. We are stronger together! I also plan to continue producing the series “Moving With The Military” to reach even more military families.
