The countdown has begun. In just a few days, Sarah and Adam will be standing at the end of the aisle saying their vows. Many of you are wondering what dress won last week, the Aspen, South Hampton, or the Brighton?
November 10th we will all find out!
I know the anticipation is killing you, me too…
But we still have other things to pick out for Sarah… Before we talk about the next item on the list, let’s get a know a little about Adam.
After enjoying JROTC in high school, Adam knew the desire to serve his country stirred deep in his heart. He joined after graduation and served the first time for four years. During his first enlistment he walked the streets in Afghanistan in uniform side by side with his friends and Afghan counter-parts. In 2012, Adam was standing outside on duty (Entry Control Point) investigating personnel as they came onto the base. As he was inspecting a vehicle he heard the sound of the military c-ram as it started lighting up the night sky, Adam knew trouble was approaching. He grabbed the Afghan national to protect him from incoming rockets when one of them exploded close by, pushing Adam back towards the bunkers. Adam suffered injuries to his upper thigh from the shrapnel. After a three year gap, Adam decided to return to the military in 2017. Serving his country is in his blood and he knows this is the life for him. He plans to make a career marching beside his soldiers.
Sarah is proud this is the kind of man she is going to spend the rest of her life with. She knows that Adam’s heart for his country is an example of the kind of husband and father he is going to be. The family is excited for November and Moving With The Military is thrilled to be working with Adam and Sarah as we plan and design this micro wedding with America.
Which brings me to the next decision we need your help with…
…what shoes should Sarah wear? Remember, the wedding colors are going to be navy blue and gold.
