1. Lover Lunges – While holding hands lunges X 10, switch hands lunges X 10
2. Tandem Bicycle – With feet touching, bicycle kicks X 20
3. Sweet Heart High Crawl – Alternate with one spouse high crawling under the other X5
4. Give me 20 kisses – Two sets of 10 sit-ups each
5. Ruck Sack Squats – One spouse carries the other spouse while squatting X 10
6. Lock & Load Planks – Locking hands perform planks 30 seconds front, L side, R side X2
7. Soul Mate Stretch – With legs in a V and feet touching spouse’s feet, hold hands and stretch 2 minutes
8. Darling Downward Dog – Walk out into downward dog & upward dogs X 5
