Milspouse Matters

Milspouse Matters is the podcast dedicated to encouraging military spouses. Military families make up less than 1% of the U.S. population, and the challenges they face are unique. If you’re looking for military family support or simply want to learn more, join host Jen McDonald (that’s me!) as we discuss it all: getting through the separations that go along with training and deployments, moving around the world, seeing the one you love leave for war, raising kids in the military, finding your own place as a military spouse, and strengthening your military marriage. We don’t shy away from the hard topics, while providing a practical, humorous look at military life. Military life can be hard, but it’s also amazing in so many ways. We’re only stronger together. Milspouse Coffeehouse

MilSpouse CoffeeHouse is a podcast where Leslie & Britni, along with occasional Open Mic Guests, join in the conversation and provide their insight and opinions on hot topics in the military spouse community and beyond.

Leslie and Britni, both military spouses of 10+ years, met online in 2017 and formed a bond over coffee, passion for military spouse entrepreneurship and employment, and a love to laugh. With different backgrounds, branch affiliations, and military life experiences, Leslie and Britni come together to have fun, share stories, and aspire to be familiar voices to fellow milspouses in need of a friend or familiarity in our world of constant change.

Each PCS brings a new duty station and community, but Leslie and Britni are always there. MilSpouse CoffeeHouse listeners, lovingly called “Caffieneds,” feel like they’re part of the MilSpouse CoffeeHouse conversation, and are able to escape from the stresses that accompany the life of a military spouse.
