6. Get up and stretch
Your body may become achy, so get up or stop to get out of the car to stretch frequently.

Dress for comfort and pack support socks to avoid swelling in the legs, particularly more problematic when flying.
And bringing your pregnancy pillow to sleep with is a MUST.
8. Let people know you are expecting
Pregnant women can get ushered through the fast-lane to save you standing in line for hours. It may come in handy if you feel tired and light-headed.

I know as spouses we can get used to doing it ALL by ourselves. But it’s important to ask for help and accept help. Pregnancy can be exhausting and our spouses may need to pick up the slack a little more than usual.
