5.Don’t underestimate the power of a good cover-up
Invest in a great swim cover-up to wear on and off the beach that flaunts your favorite areas and provides coverage on the areas you prefer not to flaunt.
For example, if you’re self conscious about your waist, but love your legs- you can choose a cute sarong and tie it higher on your waist or a great kaftan to throw on over your suit.
There are so many cute cover-up options such as high waisted shorts, summer dresses, sarongs and kaftans, that you’re sure to find one that fits your swim style.
4. Buy the right size
I cannot stress this one enough.
Every swim suit brand varies in sizing so much, do not let yourself get caught up in a number or letter on the label, look for which size fits you best.
It’s much better to have a swimsuit fit you correctly than choose a suit, based on a label, that grips you the wrong way.
3. Wear what makes you feel sexy
There’s no rule out there that you have to wear one of those itty bitty, teenie weenie, polka dot bikinis.
If you don’t feel comfortable baring that much skin in public, don’t!
These days, one pieces and vintage high-waist bikinis are just as in style as those daring two-pieces. I personally love the look of a black vintage, high-waisted swimsuit with sunglasses and a big, floppy hat.
Wear what makes you feel sexy and your confidence in it will make you look sexy!
