One Military Spouse Will Win a Weekend Escape to a Winery for Military Families Month

From WYDaily.com

The Williamsburg Winery is giving away a weekend escape at Wessex Hundred for one military spouse plus a guest in honor of Military Families Month.

A military spouse is someone who is married to a current or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces and nominations are accepted now through Dec. 3.

The winner gets a two-night stay in the Venetian Suite, a chef’s tasting menu at Cafe Provencal, lunch at Gabriel Archer Tavern, breakfast and a private tour of the winery with founder Patrick Duffeler, according to the winery’s news release.

“The nomination form allows the community to detail the nominee, the military branch their family serves in, why they are being nominated, the sacrifices they’ve made, and any additional stories the nominator feels helps paint the picture of what makes them deserving,” according to an excerpt from the news release.

The review committee is made up of Duffeler, retired military members, spouses and an active duty representative.

The winner will be notified on Dec. 20. For more information, visit the Williamsburg Winery website.
