Part II – The Modern Military Spouse

While Part I of this series looked to the past for inspiring stories of historical military spouses and some retro recipes. Part II looks to the military spouse of today. From using modern technology to the science of super foods, each spouse has a story of the victuals they share. We can relate to the stories behind the recipes and reasons they share them. Whether it’s to make an impression, empower others, keep a tradition or start a conversation; military spouses have started a dialog about themselves with food.
