CHAOS KILLERS
5. Cozi
Much like my finances should be written in a log book I like having a good old fashion paper planner. But that doesn’t stop me from having a backup calendar on my phone. Cozi allows me to keep track of every appointment I have, all the end-of-enlistment tasks my husband is signed up for, homework assignments, church obligations, writing deadlines, grocery lists and meals ideas, and date nights that I can’t wait for. My husband is able to drop hints on what he’d like for dinner when he comes to visit, so that I can carry it with me to the store without having to call and bug him for ideas. For anyone with a busy family, this is a wonderful app for military spouses to keep the chaos a little more organized.
6. Yelp
How many times have you been the new kid in town and had no idea where to go for the best breakfast, a good oil change, or a haircut that wasn’t going to leave you scarred for life? Moving as much as military families do it’s important to be able to find those places that make your new town feel like home. Yelp is a great place to find reviews on just about every business in your area. And it can help you locate just what you’re looking for without getting lost in the middle of nowhere.
