Dear Mindy, My Budget Needs A Serious Makeover

Dear Mindy,

Help, we go to the grocery store way too much! We would like to keep our grocery bill down to under $400 for the whole month. When we move, our finances will be less than they are now. Do you know of any great budget friendly meals? Do you know a way to help us keep our cost down to this total? There are 2 Adults and one 16 year old boy, plus 3 dogs. Maybe you can also include some resources to help us budget our life better also?
